Having had a hectic Christmas period we thought we’d start the New Year with a bit of an overhaul, so expect to see some exciting changes over the coming months!
 
Our function room is scheduled to open mid-March, it will be available for private hire any day of the week, for a minimal charge (refundable depending on bar sales), but will also be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, as an extension of the bar area, if not hired.  The room has a capacity of 50 people, with mixed seating, consisting of sofas and coffee tables, and standard tables and chairs.  There will be the facility to play music either by a DJ or through an iPod, and there will be a large wall mounted LCD TV.  Please contact us by email or phone with any booking enquiries.
 
We have re-painted the bar throughout, introducing a new colour scheme, which has given the place a fantastic new clean feel.
 
Our new £8000 sound system has also finally been installed, incorporating new speakers and a nice sub, so the sound quality is vastly improved!  We have also had to install a limiter, so the sound levels have been reduced slightly, but due to the increased sound quality, the overall effect is much better.
 
The ground floor toilets have also been ripped out and completely refitted, with floor to ceiling brick shaped tiles, new sanitary ware and new flooring.
